This is just another case of a government employee holding a citizen by their hells and trying to shake all of their money out of their pockets. I challenge anyone to articulate how anyone was ACTUALLY harmed by Kasich’s actions. I watched the video, there was at least 8 feet between his car and the cop car on the side of the road. I’m so tired of laws about things “that might happen”, but rarely do, but are really just enacted to generate revenue. I’m no fan of Kasich btw. I’m even less of a fan of “victimless” crimes AKA revenue generators.

It was somewhat humorous watching dozens of drivers pass the stopped Kasich and the cop without changing lanes themselves even though some of them could have. Hard Luck Johnny.
