Jerry Brown: If Trump Wins, We’ll Build a Wall Around California

“If Trump were ever elected, we’d have to build a wall around California to defend ourselves from the rest of this country,” he said at a dinner held in Sacramento by the California Labor Federation and State Building and Construction Trades Council of California, according to the Sacramento Bee. “By the way that is a joke,” he added. “We don’t like walls, we like bridges.”

Brown was touting the state’s economic progress, and the influx of young, talented tech workers — though the state has experienced net out-migration for decades, especially of middle-class families.

The governor blasted “old white guys” for not recognizing that their pensions depended on the influx of “young people coming into this country and into this state.”

Well, to be a Modern Liberal CA POL, all sense of disbelief must be suspended.

I think they are already erecting barriers to those leaving CA, financial barriers that punish those forced to move from that Socialist Paradise.

It may be that a physical wall preventing exodus will eventually be necessary. Oh, but I forgot, there is the influx from MX.

Liberal thugs have for years been telling Texas that they cannot have immigration laws that are enforced differently from how the Feds want it done (while that was not at all). The same rules should apply. If leftists believed in the rule of law, that would mean that the Socialist States of America could not have different immigration policies from those of a patriotic federal government.
