Clinton Bristles at Question on E-mail Indictment: ‘It’s Not Going to Happen’
National Review ^ | 3/10/2016 | Brendan Bordelon

Hillary Clinton bristled at a question over the possibility of her indictment during Wednesday night’s Democratic debate, refusing to say whether she’d drop out of the race should the FBI charge her with mishandling classified material and dismissing larger concerns over her improper use of official e-mail.

Though a large portion of Wednesday night’s Univision debate in Miami was taken up by the question of immigration, Univision host Jorge Ramos unexpectedly led the evening with a series of pointed queries on Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server while she was secretary of state.

“That goes against a memo that you personally sent to your employees in 2011, directing all of them to use official e-mail precisely because of security concerns,” said Ramos. “So it seems that you issued one set of rules for yourself, and a different set of rules for the rest of the department. Who specifically gave you permission to operate your e-mail system as you did? Was it President Barack Obama? And would you drop out of the race if you get indicted?”

Well .... now ....

It would seem that Queen Hillary has definitively double-dog-dared you two to do anything about this. Your move ....

the only thing positive to say about Lynch and obama is that they loathe the Clinton’s,

To the best of my knowledge, January 20, 2017 will be well within any statute of limitation.

Trump has already looked into the statute of limitations. It’s doable.

or...

the question was put to Hillary on a debate on a channel with no viewers.

It was asked but not answered and is thus old news

If you think about it....letting the AG move now will mean some control to the process and avoid dragging in WH members as witnesses. If you let this go and President Trump appoints an independent counsel....they will drag all kinds of characters from the staff up and former President Obama will yank on some executive privilege to protect them, but it’d make him look like a fraud and phony at that point.

At least if you did this in early July...there would be time for an open convention deal, and have some ‘mystery’ character arrive to save the day and really challenge Trump. I think this is the gimmick that will be used.

That's what I'm thinking. The beginning of the Trump administration will be the beginning of indictment proceedings, about both the emails and Benhazi. It won't happen with any of the others, as, across the political spectrum, a lot of pols will be guilty of things that come up.

She can’t buy off the Intelligence Community, and since she got high value assets killed they have revenge in mind.

Elected politicians are no match for the deep state.

It all depends on the boss. The “justice” department is completely politicized, and does not seek justice. Instead, it uses the power of its office to promote leftist goals, ignoring the principles of law, justice, and ethics.

” . . well within any statute of limitation.”

Yes, of course, absolutely for you and I (and General Petraus and Edward Snowden)

Did not Lerner and the def secretary do the same thing, have a private e mail server too?? My guess is if Hitlery goes down, they all go down. Lynch showed her stripes when she decided “in the interest of justice” to not pursue the Lerner matter about the lying before congress and targeting of conservative groups. I expect the same here. One thing she may be banking on is a compromised ground jury returning a no bill. That is not the same as facing trial and winning. If anyone other than Hitlery gets in, they are free to represent the matter to another GJ. If it is Trump, Cruz I fully expect that to happen.

Look what a donation to the Obama Presidential Library gets you.

Where do you think he learned that from?

Donald Trump went after Democrats’ unwavering support of Hillary Clinton in an interview Wednesday night, saying the charges the FBI may be bringing against her are significantly worse than the reason Gen. David Petraeus was fired.

“When you look at what she has done compared to General Petraeus, it’s 20 times greater. It’s not even a contest,” Trump told Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren.

Trump called the consequences that the Army general faced for sharing classified information with his biographer were “brutal,” but said Clinton has “gone through nothing” for the scandals surrounding her email server.

Sorry, she’s right - ain’t nothing gonna happen.....

As Rush stated the other day, Bill had a golf date with O not long ago, and surmised out on a back fairway, Bill said to O, “Barack, I think it would be good that we be clear on one thing - no way you’re gonna let Hillary be indicted, right? I mean, you know we’ve got more dirt on you than you can imagine - and it’d be a real shame if you force us to make it all public - you know we can do that, right?”

The Clinton’s have O in check-mate.

Ain’t nothing gonna happen.........But Comy and staff could walk in protest, and that wouldn’t be pretty........
