Semi-Super Saurday.
Go Ted Go!!!
Well after tonight the caucuses are done thank God. Trump will start racking up the winner take all stuff on the 15th and Michigan on the 8th.
Cruz will be out there tonight saying he’s the only candidate that can beat Trump. Its his last hurrah! Let him enjoy it.
Actually Nebraska still has a primary for the Republican candidate on May 10. Only the Democrat party in Nebraska switched to a caucus, which is today. They were tired of Iowa getting all the action ;-)
[Trump knocked out former favorite Jeb! and made Cruz look acceptable to a panicked GOP Establishment.]
TRUMP and CRUZ delegates will have to unite at the GOP convention to assure a victory!
Drudge has Cruz at 49% and Trump at 25%
I see a brokered convention in the future and none of us are going to be happy with that outcome.
Twitter is a lot more “open” than most anywhere on the Net I believe. I apologize for posting an image that has been upsetting to Trump’s supporters.
I believe Ben’s supporters mostly went to Cruz, though there are reports of anger over Iowa.
He’s also being helped by strong organizing.
Well if McConnell has any monkey business control in Kentucky - Then Cruz is in trouble because Cruz called McConnell out as a liar.
Careful now, logic and common sense is frowned upon in these parts:)
You mean investigate the polls?
Crap, I meant Kansas....Drudge has now called Kansas for Cruz.
“CNN PROJECTS TED CRUZ WILL WIN KANSAS!!!!”
Yes! Hopefully, the folks yet to vote Louisiana see how big Cruz is winning KS and change their perception of the race and jump on board with Cruz. Maybe people thinking about voting for Rubio see the futility and jump to Cruz.
I hope so. If Trump can’t even beat Ted Cruz by channeling the populist anger sweeping the country, he doesn’t have a prayer of a chance of defeating Hillary.
Well, what else can I say? I’m sure the Cruz folks on here are enjoying every minute of this, so congratulations on the win, and we’ll see where things go from here.
I think they’re hoping to have them fight and Kasich pick over the remains.
Cruz should go all out in Ohio (not Florida) to keep Kasich weak.
Hitler comparisons are not welcome here, that’s why you got spanked by the moderator fool.
Go to DU, you’ll fit right in.
And the few polls, and even the recent polls showed trump winning Kansas.

There are far fewer caucus locations and normal primary polling places. Every candidate, that wants to, is providing multiple poll watchers that will participate in every count of every ballot. Registrations are being checked against IDs and the ballots counts will be matched to the registration check count.
It's all on the up and up in KY. We have a bad history of fraud but a recent history/tradition of squeeky clean elections bolstered by very strict laws.
It's a CLOSED caucus with no Dem interference.
I don’t understand why Cruz supporters aren’t factoring in the birth issue. The GOPe hates Cruz as much as they do Trump; no WAY they’ll let him win. Since Jeb was supposed to be The One, their original plan (pre-Trump) probably included a variation of taking out both Cruz and Rubio by hand-picking some judges who would rule against them or at least make it so litigious for them, their donors would pull out and go to Jeb.
Now, they’re probably trying to use Cruz and Kasich and Rubio to get their brokered convention, take one floor vote, then bring Paul Ryan in on a golden chariot to act as the “solution.”
If Cruz were to somehow miraculously get enough delegates and meet Rule 40, there’s always that lawsuit they can file. Or even easier, they’ll simply change the rules right there at the convention and call in Obama’s goons to quell any 1968-style rebellion. What do they care? By 2024 we’ll be part of the American Union: That’s what’s at stake for the UniParty. They’re not going to let at least 3 decades of their globalism endeavors slip away.
Anyone who thinks for one minute that the GOPe would just let Cruz waltz away with this is delusional. I know it’s exciting to win, but please don’t lose sight of the fact that Trump and Cruz, in the end, may just need each other if they’re going to keep the GOPe from stealing this. That would be really sad, too, because like many of their online supporters, they’re too busy eviscerating each other to realize that or deal with it.
There IS one way Cruz could “win” this: if he agreed to give his delegates to the GOPe guy (Ryan, most likely) in trade for a VP or SC position. And if that happens — if Cruz gives his delegates to the Establishment — how is that going to feel for all the Cruz supporters? Because he’s dang sure not going to give them to Trump.
Don’t people raise their right hand when they swear an oath to become American citizens or testify at a trial? Is that the Hitler salute?
