Imagine having a businessman President who runs the country by adhering to the bottom line, and who has personally signed the front of checks, not the backs.

What is the bottom line of which you speak, as defined by Trump? He won’t be signing the checks from his account.
What are you thinking Trump is going to do exactly? Cut spending? Where?
