Shows votes on bills you know are going to fail are noise.
They simply put a line in an appropriation bill blocking any GOVT funds from being used for any part of Obama care. You then wrap all the appropriations into one giant bill.

That would fail too, because Obama would veto it. And you know that.
As to the "show votes," Trump is complaining that Rubio didn't show up for ' show votes,' maybe he should hire you since he obviously doesn't see things as clearly as you.
