In his most extensive remarks yet on the 2016 presidential race, Mitt Romney on Tuesday said he shared the feeling of many Americans that Washington has failed them and urged national leaders to take on big problems, including issues that the GOP has rarely put at the fore during the past year, such as climate change, poverty, education and income inequality.

Looking for Mitt to show up at Sanders rally soon, maybe sporting a week’s beard growth and wire-rim glasses.

So Romney thinks that Trump’s candidacy is a call to action on such as climate change, poverty, education and income inequality?
LOL. If Trump’s candidacy is a call to action on anything, its shutting off illegal immigration. But Mitt seems to have overlooked that one.

We’re mad as hell because people think those are real problems!
Climate change: a natural cycle. Not a problem.
Poverty: stop making babies out of wedlock. Stay married! Don’t commit crimes.
Education: use 21st century technology to make it cheaper, not student loans to make it “affordable”
Income inequality: not a problem unless you compare apples to oranges.

It sounds more like he’s spouting democrat talking points, climate change, income inequality, probably wants us to take up the Social Justice Warrior banner as well.
If that is what he gets, he must be channeling Clinton and Sanders.

The only man to beat Clinton, loses. The only man to beat Obama, loses. The only man to beat Obama again, loses.
Hey republican establishment, as Cheney would say, “GFYs.”

No, Mitt, you are as clueless as the rest of the GOP establishment, if you think those are the major problems.

I made it to “income inequality” and then I let out a horrified gasp as I realized I voted for this guy four years ago.

If Mitt believes these liberal issues are what’s propelling the GOP race, he should jump in now and ride them to victory. Ninety five percent of the delegates are still on table, he’s got great name-recognition, what could go wrong? (OK filing deadlines for one)

Apparently he understands why democrats are unhappy and want bernie but doesn’t have a clue about Conservatives.
