No.
Personally I give ten percent because I think it’s a good guideline for myself (and again, not to cause spiritual offense to those who DO believe in tithing), but I have yet to preach about tithing, and I don’t intend to. Unless the emphasis isn’t on the specific amount but rather to show that God is Creator and we are creatures, not God.
