DONT PANIC ALL IS NOT LOST--YET

It has been confirmed that Judge Scalia is dead in his room at a Texas resort. No eulogy, but the man will far more than deeply missed as a soldier holding the line for our Constitution.

Suddenly this election has become much more complicated and more important than even the most pessimistic among us had realized. We must use this election as a final and clearest of statements to the US Senate that will confirm Obama's next(and rapid) appointment to the Supreme Court; that THEY MUST NOT ACT TO CONFIRM Scalia's successor, UNTIL this election is over!!

We must come together now, no matter what candidate we support and FLOOD every senator's switchboard and mail box.

Contact every conservative network in your grass roots, be it Libertarian, Church,Legal Bureau, and,yes- Prayer Chain you know of.

IF, IF this Republican Senate will not find the guts to do this much, we must make them understand CLEARLY that they will from that moment ceased to exist, as a political party.

We dont even need to think of the Crap that Obama could push through the Court if they cave and betray this time.

"This will force the Rubbies to act on SCOTUS appointments immediately."

How would that force them to act?

The court can operate with 7 in fact it would return the present balance and avoid ties. I don't think the Senate would be under any more pressure filling 2 spots than filling 1.

You're kidding. You can bet your last dollar that DC Republicans have already started working with the Obama administration on this. The Republicans WILL confirm a SC nominee agreeable to Obama, i.e., a liberal, a John Roberts-stealth type, or just and up-front lefty.

The Republicans in Washington will TOTALLY join in with Obama on this. They are all together, they are the same. The Republicans are no different from Obama. They are on the same team. They are working together on the same goals.

I don’t trust the GOPe not to roll over and put the POS’s nominee on a fast track. Holder probably not, they can hold back given he was censured. But there are enough looney lefties out there some of whom make him look like Bork.

Its time to permanently neutralize this lawless bunch of degenerates who call themselves the Supreme Court.

NO SENATE VOTE ON ANY nomination by the communist ANIMAL in the White House, then 7 new appointees by Trump bringing the number to 15, thereby taking this current menagerie of homosexuals, eggheads, marxists and blackmail victims out of any position to stop a hard right agenda to make this country great again.

This is an opportunity from GOD.

The war on the least important branch of government who has assumed unconstitutional and dictatorial powers and is complicit in the degeneration of the United States has begun.

Just heard Cruz tweet on FNC saying the same thing. Next up, McCain, Lindsey and others lined up to approve Obama’s nominee before they even know who it is.

I trust Trump more than Cruz.

Trump is a good judge of people's character.

Cruz trusted Obama with TPA. Cruz gave us Roberts. Cruz has campaign managers who are using deceptive practices.

WASHINGTON – Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump weighed in on Sunday against Supreme Court Justice Anthony Scalia’s comments on affirmative action in university admissions.

The conservative justice suggested during a hearing last week that some blacks and Hispanics are not strong enough candidates to be admitted purely on academic criteria and might be better off attending “slower-track” schools where they can prosper.

“I thought his remarks were very, very tough. I think they were very, very tough to the African American community actually. I don’t like what he said, no,” Trump said on CNN’s “State of the Union” program.

When the Senate confirms whatever nutjob Obama desires, I’m hoping to see heads literally rolling on the Senate floor.

Obama could nominate Debbie Wasserman Schulz, just for spite. If that worm McConnell saddles this nation with Obama’s third appointment, giving the Left the majority, he should be regarded as an enemy of this country.

Trump will nominate the worst judges ever. No thanks.

And the supposed rock-solid conservative judges nominated by Bush and the like have done what, exactly?

This is incredibly consequential considering the 5-4 make-up of the court, and considering that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been widely rumored to be considering leaving the court.

If Obama is able to replace Scalia and Ginsburg the Supreme Court could shift to 3-6 in favor of liberal ideological worldview prior to the end of President Obama’s term in office.

http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2016/02/13/breaking-supreme-court-justice-antonin-scalia-dies/

Scalia’s unexpected passing sets up a politically charged battle to replace him. Mere moments after his death was confirmed, Conn Carroll, a key staffer for Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), promised Republicans would block anyone that Obama nominated.
