He is amazing. He just said this a few weeks ago and now it is happening. I tell you he is our President. We would be stupid not to elect him.

NAFTA was a bad deal....at least with Mexico. I really have no problem with Canada. They’re at least quality goods.

One wonders what executive order he could sign that would stop this.

Or, what threat could he make?

Or, what kind of government payment would he make?

Are there other options?

So, what do the other candidates say?

I suppose they’s stop it, too.

But I do wonder how.

The workers at the announcement should have dragged the little snot nosed, ‘Its only business” executive by his collar and thrown him in the gutter.

Trump will get millions of Democrat voters to cross over because of this issue. He’s the only Republican fighting for Americans. The RINO party is run by globalists wanting open borders and 3rd world America.

Trump 16!

President Trump to President Hayes:
http://www.utc.com/Our-Company/Leadership-Team/Pages/Gregory-J-Hayes.aspx

“Hello Greg, this is Donald Trump. I see you’re moving 2,000 American jobs to Mexico, which I don’t like but which is your perogative, of course.

But as CEO of a large and important public company, I just thought you might appreciate a heads-up to know that I’ll be discussing this sad decision of yours in a nationally-televised speech from the Oval Office tomorrow night. Since I’m sure many of your big shareholders and the stock analysts who can have a big impact on your stock price will be watching, and I just didn’t want my remarks to come as a total surprise to you.

What? No, there is no negotiation on this point. But there is still time for you to review your decision and should it change and these jobs stay in Indiana, there is also still time for my speechwriters to make a few changes.

You have a great day, now!”

I hope Donald makes an accusation of why did Carrier decide it was better to go to Mexico, profits to shareholders or is it something else....what if a percentage of these units were found to have cocaine in the sealed freon system, sealed so dogs or the best detection gear cannot detect the drugs.

In a radio interview on South Carolina's Vince Coakley Radio Program, Heidi Cruz argued free trade is a powerfully good force and that presidents should have increased powers to negotiate trade deals--a policy that has become particularly controversial over the last year as President Obama has pushed for what's called trade-promotion authority (TPA) to negotiate a U.S.-Asian Pacific trade agreement.

Private Property Rights

- A basic Premise Of America's Constitution "We, the People. . . "

Tired of having the fruits of their labors confiscated by an overpowering British government, America's Founders declared themselves free and independent.

Most American schoolchildren can recite their claim that ". all men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights ... to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Less familiar, however, are these lines from their Declaration of Independence:

"He ( King George III ) has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance .... He has combined with others to subject us, ... imposing taxes on us without our consent."

What, then, did the Founders consider to be the real cornerstone of man's liberty and happiness? On what basic premise did they devise their Constitution? Let them speak for themselves:

John Adams

"The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God ... anarchy and tyranny commence. PROPERTY MUST BE SECURED OR LIBERTY CANNOT EXIST"

James Madison

"Government is instituted to protect property of every sort .... This being the end of government, that is NOT a just government,... nor is property secure under it, where the property which a man has ... is violated by arbitrary seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest."

Their guiding principle was that people come together to form governments in order to SECURE their rights to property - not to create an entity which will, itself, "take from the mouths of labor the bread it has earned." What was wrong for individual citizens to do to one another, they believed, was equally wrong for government to do to them.

The right to own property and to keep the rewards of individual labor opened the floodgates of progress for the benefit of the entire human race. Millions have fled other countries to participate in the Miracle of America.

Footnote: Our Ageless Constitution, W. David Stedman & La Vaughn G. Lewis, Editors (Asheboro, NC, W. David Stedman Associates, 1987) Part III:  ISBN 0-937047-01-5

With private property rights under assault by an ever-increasing body of so-called "progressives" who ignore the Constitution's limits on their ability to use coercive power to "take" "the People's" property for redistribution to others who did not earn it, the time has come for American voters to realize that, in the words of Justice Joseph Story, "the People" "are the only KEEPERS of the Constitution." The Constitution itself, in Article V, provides the only valid means of amending its provisions, and that Article demands the participation of "the People" in the Amendment process.

If i were Trumps advisor i would suggest he sends a request to any of those Carrier employees that there is a free rt plane ticket, free lodging, Trump style and a funds voucher for small details if they would attend his rallies, show America how angry and frustrated these hard working Americans are.

Put them right up front, and tell the world he will fix this problem.

The wall gets built, Carrier products coming through get red flagged, go into a 6 month long holding warehouse.

Same with Ford trucks, get your 2017 model in 2019.

Trump: "There's only one way you're going to reverse it, and that's that you're going to have to make it more expensive to do business that way."

He is absolutely correct.

And look at what those idiots at Boeing have done:

In order to get a fat 787 contract from All Nippon Airways, they transferred much of their most advanced aircraft technology to Mitsubishi.

Now the Japanese are "volunteering" to build Boeing aircraft in Japan.

US taxpayers directly and indirectly paid billions to develop that aircraft technology, and the suits at Boeing gave it all away.

We could perhaps avoid buying Carrier units from now on, and buy from a competitor who still employs people in this country. Let the Carrier units stay on the shelf in Mexico. Then again some poor Mexican might lose his job and we can’t have that! /sarc
