In one of his final interviews from the International Space Station, astronaut Scott Kelly said that the Earth's atmosphere "looks very, very fragile" and "like something that we need to take care of."

Wonder how much Kelly is being paid by the Dems.
I didn't realize that NASA had fallen so low as to allow morons in the space program.
Remember the good old days when you could be proud of our astronauts?
Where does NASA find these bozos?
Looks fine from here.
Jeebus H. Christmas.
From space OF COURSE it looks fragile. It’s called PERSPECTIVE.
Here, Scott, let me help out here.
From a distance, it looks like you could crush Trump Tower between your fingers.
When you get up close, you discover you cannot.
Hope that helps!
He’s as big a dumbsh*t as his brother is. Just a couple of retarded lefty twins.
He’s an irrelevant idiot.
Not really of any importance without marionette strings in his hands.
Despite how fragile that may appear from space, traveling through it unprotected will result in a bad outcome on the return trip... Maybe is isn't as delicate as it looks.
Every time I watch an Apollo documentary and rue the demise of NASA one of these muddle-headed idiots comes along with a litany of PC cliches and I say ‘to hell with NASA.’
Then idiots like Scott Kelly will flock to them and say stupid stuff also.
“I’m crushing your head....I’m crushing your head!”
How the hell did that hack get into space? I thought we shut down our space program and turned it into a mooselim outreach program.
Weak air currents?
Poorly formed clouds?
Misshaped snow flakes?
Thin water vapor?
Surprised he didn’t say how safe he felt with no guns around....what a frigen douche bag
Starts from the top.
According to Sheila Jackass Lee we've already landed men on Mars.
Sheila Jackson Lee (Democrat)
Member of the U.S. House of Representatives
From Texas's 18th district
On a visit to the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 2005, Jackson Lee made embarrassing news by asking if the Mars Pathfinder had taken an image of the flag planted there in 1969 by Neil Armstrong.[2]
Prior to the 110th Congress, Jackson Lee served on the House Science Committee and on the Subcommittee that oversees space policy and NASA.

According to Gore, the temperature at the center of earth is "millions of degrees". He was off by 'only' a factor between 400-500!! (several million vs 7230 deg F!)

CONAN O'BRIEN, HOST: ...to create energy, and it sounds to me like an evil plan by Lex Luthor to defeat Superman. Can you, can you tell me, is this a viable solution, geothermal energy?
AL GORE: It definitely is, and it's a relatively new one. People think about geothermal energy - when they think about it at all - in terms of the hot water bubbling up in some places, but two kilometers or so down in most places there are these incredibly hot rocks, 'cause the interior of the earth is extremely hot, several million degrees, and the crust of the earth is hot ...

The physics and astronomy website Physlink contests Gore's absurd claim:
It is approximately 4000 degC [7230 degF] at the centre of the Earth.
"In fact, climate change is directly related to the growth of terrorism," said Sanders.
"And if we do not get our act together and listen to what the scientists say, you're going to see counties all over the world...they're going to be struggling over limited amounts of water, limited amounts of land to grow their crops, and you're going to see all kinds of international conflict."
Sanders said at the second Democratic debate in Iowa that climate change poses the biggest threat to America's national security and to security of the world. ..."
Wait. ISIS is already taken.
The atmosphere was about twenty miles deep a hundred million years ago and it’s about the same depth now. Asteroid impacts, ice ages, super volcano eruptions, mega hurricanes, and earthquakes haven’t killed this “fragile” gaseous skin so it probably doesn’t really need to be “taken care of” by a bunch of trumped up hairless apes like us.
Bernie Sanders: Climate Change is Directly Related To Terrorism
I guess blowing yourself up with C-4 DOES throw out a lot of greenhouse gasses...
