REPORT: Megyn Kelly & Bill O’Reilly at War After She Slams His Show on National TV
Conservative Tribune ^ | 2/11/2016

Posted on 02/11/2016 8:16:40 PM PST by BlackFemaleArmyColonel

For many months, Fox News and GOP presidential hopeful Donald Trump have been at each other's throats. Trump has claimed that Fox News personality Megyn Kelly hasn't been fair to him, and Fox has said that Trump's accusations are baseless.

New York Magazine reported that this little spat may be causing some further complications within the Fox News network. Reportedly Megyn Kelly and Bill O'Reilly are at each other's throats over Trump and Kelly's increasing popularity.

Despite angering many people with her treatment of Trump, Kelly's popularity in Republican circles has actually grown, and she is now at the center of attention.

This doesn't make O'Reilly, who used to be the one that stirred controversy and got the ratings, very happy, in part because he apparently believes that he gave Kelly her shot and, now that she is a star, she has been trying to overshadow him.

"If you're not live at night -- because the show before me and the show after me are taped -- you lose a lot," Kelly stated when she appeared on Stephen Colbert's late-night show after the Super Bowl.

That was a veiled shot at O'Reilly, whose show is taped three hours before it goes on the air. Unsurprisingly, it only angered him further.

"They're at each other's throats big time," one Fox insider told New York Magazine. "I mean, like big time. (Fox News CEO Roget Ailes) doesn't know what the h*** to do."

Part of the feud probably has little to do with Megyn Kelly. It was only natural that O'Reilly would eventually be overtaken by someone younger than him, and not surprising that he would get mad at whoever it was. That's the way the world works.

Yes, and both are more obnoxious then Trump ever was and Kelly is a first class B IMO. O Reilly is a Ted Cruz know it all.

It is wonderful to see the long standing corrupt political system disintegrating right before our eyes. A system that hates working Americans, rewards illegals and those who bring them into America to freeload off the American workers.

We are seeing a paradigm shift with us selecting our Presidential Candidate instead of the GOPe and DEMe elites, who hate us, selecting our candidates.

There is a Black Swan event occurring with the daily suicidal self wrought destruction of the GOPe, Open Border Thugs, DC faux pundits, Faux News, ABCNNBCBS and the left wing fish wraps. Something similar is happening with the DEMes.

Many of us are looking forward to seeing the broken bones, drying blood and entrails of the Lying GOP Open Borders Elite, their DC faux conservative pundits, their mediots, their phoney pollers and focus groups, Faux, ABCNNBCBS, their hired tv and radio hacks strewn across the primary states as much as our victories in those states. Bore and MGYN are feeling the impact now, and the pounding from us will increase with each primary that Trump wins as Faux news loses more followers.

We have escaped from their faux conservative plantations, and we are not going back for more lies, abuse and mistreatment from our former GOPe masters.

You sir, are my brother from another mother.

I can’t stand O’reilly or Megan Kelly, but it seems that all that Botox has gotten to her ...

Totally agree with you. I can't stand either of them. However, at least O'Reilly has some experience, knowledge and talent (as a bookwriter), even if he is an arrogant blowhard. Kelly has nothing, other than the "looks" factor which will be a downhill thing for her as she ages, her only "talent" is reading a teleprompter. Pure bimbo.

I’ve always considered O’Reilly to be a pompous ass. Before Fox he was on some of the TV Tabloid shows from time to time and was a “pin head” then and has only gotten worse. Rarely do I watch him and can only stand a few minutes when I do.

Well, Gramps already knows I've turned Fox off, except for an occasional commercial flipover for something I really want to see.

Like when Rubio blew it in the debate.

And when Trump had the huge win in NH.

Those are LOL moments. Watching Lightweight Journalist Megyn Kelly and Brit Hume try to spin that mess.

The one thing I've found out is how uninformed I had become concerning quality political programming on television.

Who wants to see interviews of celebrity chefs hawking their new diet books on Fox and Friends, when Morning Joe is on MSNBC?

Why would I waste a minute with Lightweight Journalist Megyn Kelly, when Anderson Cooper 360 is hands down the best political talk show on TV right now?

Do yourself a favor, Fox loyalists and fellow political junkies. Shop around. It ain't like it used to be on CNN... although MSNBC evening programming is still leftist... but you owe it to yourself to give another look. One night won't kill you.

Caveat: tonight, most of Anderson Cooper 360 was about Democrats, focusing on their debate, but that it is to be expected and is fair. News from the Republican front was limited.

But there was also plenty of panel discussion on the subpoenas to the Clinton Foundation. It was not flattering to the Pantsuited one.

Two giant ehos in a struggle to the death.

That is really funny....! Wait, that was a typo? I thought you made a brilliant play on words, combining email and ho's to get ehos.... I have to admit, when you are talking about two media who... I mean ho's, it is easy to make the connection.

O’Reilly used to be a weekend news anchor on Boston's channel 7 (WNAC at the time, I think) some 35 years ago.

He was quite low key then, although delivering the news and offering up pompous opinions on most everything are really two different beasts.

FWIW...

He was actually tolerable back then, but time has a way of tarnishing even the glossiest chrome...

CA....

I believe that, with rare exceptions, O'Reilly's ratings still exceed Kelly's.

Let me know how much you want to place on Kelly
going to CNN and coming out as a lib. Put a timeline
on it and I’m good for it. That goes for anybody else
who acts like Kelly gives a pass to the Hildebitch.

Call Kelly what you will but when you call her a
liberal based on her overall TV work then you are
letting your emotions get away from you. That’s OK.
Emotional money spends just like any other kind.
