This restaurant is a local family owned favorite within 1/2 mile of my home. Our local group on Face Book say eyewitness said a man came in and asked the owner where he is from. The owner said Israel. The man came back with a machete and began attacking patrons, then fled. The Columbus police blocked him near Easton Mall on Stelzer Road and shot him.

The author reports that the restaurant displays an Israeli flag, but adds that it also has a welcoming sign in Arabic and tries for an internationalist profile. As if an infidels can protect themselves from the violence of Jihadi terrorism with displays, acts and/or words of multicultural devotion"

"Inside the restaurant, guests are greeted by two things near the entrance: A small Israeli flag and a Arabic phrase of greeting: it read "Ahlan Wa Shalan" which roughly translates to "You are my family, take it easy.""

Then police are not saying the suspect's identity is "unknown" but instead "declined to identify" him - while at the same time calling it a "random attack:"
