On Tuesday, Donald J. Trump's campaign started running a negative ad in South Carolina against Senator Ted Cruz that was searing, describing the winner of the Iowa Republican caucuses as a fake and a "Washington insider."
The spot also scolded Mr. Cruz for his campaign's role in spreading claims that Ben Carson had suspended his campaign while the caucuses were taking place; Mr. Carson, in fact, had not ended his candidacy, and Mr. Cruz later apologized to him.
But on Wednesday the spot was abruptly pulled down by the campaign.

Open primaries love liberals. So the GOPe has hope.
Yeah, right after he bulldozed grannies house.
Damn this bs is getting so tiresome.
Cruz repeating a cnn news story was wrong. Trump repeating a slur against Cruz is perfectly fine. /sarcasm
I don’t discuss facts with paid focus group members by the Cruz campaign....
The laugh is on your liar.
They pulled it down because it aint flying with the non Trumplickers.
Can I say that? is that rude?
I’ll ask the same question I ask every presidential election. Who is making sure anyone currently serving in Congress and campaigning for the job of president or a House Member campaigning for the Senate is properly having their pay docked for the time missed on the job?
You’d think by now I’d give up but it’s always bugged me and I’ve never gotten any answers. There is a law:
2 US Code 39. National Taxpayers Union used to keep track of who owed us, the taxpayers money but I don’t know if they’re still keeping track. It applies to House members as well as Senators:
Federal law requires Members of Congress to forgo Congressional pay for days missed due to campaign appearances or other unexcused absences.
Why on earth doesn’t any member of Congress care enough about this to put an end to it? This year there aren’t as many current members taking time out to campaign as there has been in the past but even still, it needs to end.
Since Rubio’s record of not being at work and not voting has been discussed quite a bit this cycle, start with him and go from there making it retroactive. We can collect from John Edwards, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Rand Paul, Ron Paul, Joe Lieberman and a host of others.
Well, there you go again...
Not from some one who would have a tag line like yours....classy.
Since Trump did not say it, and you know he did not say it, what’s your point?
People on this Site are not the usual Low Information types. They know the comment came from a WOMAN in the Audience, a fact that really cracked up Mrs. K.C.
They can refute a false claim like yours without breaking a sweat. Besides, you aren’t the first one here slinging this.
Try again. BTW - Trump is my second choice behind Cruz, so don’t try that Trumpster stuff with me. Get the Vaccine.
Wonderful post. Rubio is a thief of public funds, not only for failing to do his job but also for charging thousands on his party credit card. I have no respect for this man . NONE!!~
He repeated it, you pussy. And loved every minute of it. Trump standards in action. You pussy.
Ted went back to DC to vote off the campaign trail.
Carson went home to wash his undies and Trump bloviated about how Cruz was a jerk and how that he only won because of ripping off gentle “stabby” Ben.
IF anyone USED Dr Carson it was The Donald

Truth is he WANTED to and WOULD HAVE if the courts had not stopped him...right???? or wrong?????
Trump purposely repeated that word in the microphone and laughed. The first presidential candidate to repeat calling someone a pussy on live television. Do not insult our intelligence by pretending Trump was innocent in the matter.
No they arent and they can smell a pile a mile away.
Perzactly.
But he didn't, and it is being presented as though he did....that was my point.
The state in the end condemned her dilapidated home and she ended up with less than half of what she could have had, rather foolish on her part.
The point is in the way the story is being portrayed, not what might have happened.
When I think of Trump I think of Hillary and I think,
“I would sleep in the woods in a hollow log before I would stay with you and let you treat me like a dog”
