Hillary Clinton’s week just went from bad to worse
Washington Post ^ | February 11, 2016 | Chris Cillizza

Losing New Hampshire by 22 points to an avowed socialist was bad enough for Hillary Clinton. But then came the news -- first reported by WaPo -- that the State Department had opened a inquiry regarding the activities of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation during her time time as secretary of state. And bad went to way, way worse.

By my count, this latest State Department inquiry makes for three active investigations by the federal government that touch directly or indirectly on the 2016 Democratic presidential front-runner.

1. The newly revealed State inquiry into the Clinton Foundation and top Clinton aide Huma Abedin

2. The ongoing State inquiry into Clinton's private email server

3. The FBI investigation into Clinton's email server

I think that is evidenced in the exit polls showing the top voting concern of Democrat primary voters in NH being a candidate that is Honest and Trustworthy. 92% of the voters that listed that as their top concern voted for Bernie. This is not a minor development. When is the last time any member of the Democrat party ever stood up for let alone listed as their primary concern Honest and Trustworthy? These investigations have had a devastating impact on Hillary’s candidacy. The press has tried to hide that fact. We’ll see if they continue to do so or if in fact they do finally turn.

The only reason I got paid $650,000 from Goldman-Sachs is because they just handed it to me and I thought it would be rude if I said it was way way too much money and I gave a bunch of it back.

If a Republican had uttered anything resembling this he or she would have been laughed out of public life.

The question is, how may we, as non-Democrats, possibly affect the outcome of the race between Herself and The Bern?

I would like to say that health concerns may be one of the things that would cause Herself to give up the quest, but Herself was PROMISED the prize in return for doing George Soros’ bidding after he withdrew his support in 2008, and bent everything to get the Current Occupant elected. Or did you think the selection of John McCain was “just another isolated coincidence”? There were a lot of flawed vote counts, and a VERY strong disinformation campaign run against, not John McCain, but his running mate, Sarah Palin.

It is not even necessary to run a disinformation campaign against Herself. Just quoting news reports and contemporary commentary from the White House years, the Senate years, and the Department of State years, should be damaging enough. And if someone could get the medical report on Herself, which is apparently classified even higher than anything that has yet been found on her clandestine and unauthorized home server, that would be a major coup.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, and may well be right. My personal life experience has been that sports analogies are germane to just about every adversity and/or adversary one finds themselves facing. But that’s just my personal experience.

Just wait until we start to investigate how the Clinton Foundation works (and all the financial shenanigans involved). Bill and Hillary Clinton could face charges of violating international finance laws and national tax laws of multiple countries--they could be "on the hook" for hundreds of millions in fines and back tax payments.

Billy Jeff the Bent was at least likeable, and important attribute for a politician where there is a façade of mass participation. Shillary is about as likeable as the mold in the corner of your shower. If she was in any other type of sales job, she would have starved to death years ago.

I sloshed on some disinfective, held my nose, and found 0, , repeat ZERO threads on Clinton's email troubles in the past 24 hours.

I'm surprised. For the most part, they are Bernie people over there. There are some Clinton people but way more Bernie people.

I still can’t shake the feeling that all this chatter
from the lefty media about her worst week ever, everything
going wrong etc. etc. is a long range plan to set her up as
the comeback kid, tenacious, a fighter, blah blah.

I think the only way she doesn’t win it all is if she’s against a TRUMP/CRUZ ticket AND there is intense poll-watching from the Republican side to minimize fraud.

Biden and Warren stand down? Sanders decides to run in
his 70’s? Seems like the fix is in, but I could be wrong.

These super delegates go back to the Obama Clinton Primary fiasco. Obama’s people convinced Super Delegates to switch their support from Clinton to Obama late in the primary game. Remember Billy Bob Clinton blowing his top about being called a racist and about people who he and Hillary thought were their friends buying into and spreading gossip? That was him erupting over the Super delegates switching. Now that their is no Obama in the race and fearful that Hillary will exact revenge if elected President, these individuals pledged their support for her before Primary voting even began. These people can’t betray Clinton twice unless they are absolutely certain she will never win the Presidency. And with a bonafide socialist as her only primary competition, they are not yet convinced of that. She very likely will lose the popular primary vote but win in a delegate landslide.

Also, Bill Clinton had the VERY good fortune of being President when the public Internet became widely available--the first tech boom. As such, the US economy boomed between 1995 and 2000 and he hugely benefited politically.

I have that feeling too. But I also watched MSNBC when the NH vote totals came in (I know I’m a glutton for punishment). A round table that included Chris Mathews and Rachel Maddow, (both who admitted on television that night to be rooting for Hillary)agreed as a group that Hillary’s single greatest accomplishment in this campaign has been to weather 11 hours of Benghazi testimony. To me, that was a remarkable admission.

That makes sense. I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes. No one can dish out scorn like Hillary can. This is sure to be an interesting election cycle.

“The mainstream media turning on her hineass? Sending a message? “

They aren’t turning on her Thighness. They are getting these stories out now so she can say that this is all behind her and the media should move on.
