It all started coming down around 4:30 pm Oregon time yesterday when David Fry was on his daily ATV ride around the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge headquarters when the FBI tried to stop him and armored vehicles moved in close to the camp in the parking lot (Camp Finicum).
Agents were yelling at the four people still there (David Fry, Jeff Banta, Sean and Sandy Anderson) to give up.
The FBI claimed to the media last night that their actions were for 'safety' reasons mentioning Fry's use of the ATV.
Another 'traffic stop' one might call it like when LaVoy Finicum was shot and killed.
My sense based on the timing and a report from "OregonLive" last night that the FBI had begun occupying the refuge headquarters buildings near the parking lot on Tuesday, closing in on the four, was that the FBI was fearing the impending arrival of Cliven Bundy in Oregon.
THE EVIDENCE OF THAT FEAR IS THE FACT THAT WHEN CLIVEN BUNDY ARRIVED IN PORTLAND LAST NIGHT, HE WAS ARRESTED AND PUT IN JAIL.
The federal government was forced to retreat in 2014 during the standoff at Mr. Bundy's Nevada ranch. Hundreds of Bureau of Land Management agents were forced to retreat and give up hundreds of head of cattle they has seized from Cliven Bundy. Bundy was supported by a large contingent of militia in that fight.
"Come out with your hands up" could be heard as David Fry's friend Gavin Seim launched a livestream just after 8pm Eastern last night. Fry got a phone call out as the trouble began in spite of FBI jamming.
The FBI director told Congress this week they still haven't opened the cellphone of one of the San Bernadino terrorists. Why are they wasting their time in Oregon dealing with people exercising their First and Second Amendment rights and not acting at all like those terrorists did in San Bernadino?
Seim has been actively supporting his friend David Fry and the others from the refuge who were arrested and jailed, calling them 'political prisoners'.
Early in the livestream the intensity of the words thrown back and forth was on full display as six armored vehicles approached to what David Fry said was 50 feet of their location. Calls from the FBI to 'put down your weapon' were met with words like 'go to hell' and other even more profane comments.
Later on prayer was part of the livestream, along with a message from Victoria Sharp, the 18 year old girl who was in the truck when driver LaVoy Finicum was forced off the road and killed in an FBI led operation last month.
Sharp and her family sang a gospel song.
Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore was also part of the interaction live on the phone promising to come to the siege site for what is being contemplated as a surrender at 11am Eastern, 8am in Oregon.
Rev. Franklin Graham is also reported involved in those plans.
I think the FBI may have decided to back off around 9 or 10 Oregon time last night because of the impending Cliven Bundy arrest. The SWAT team took him into custody at 10:10pm, some 15 minutes after the livestream shut down after 4 hours and 44 minutes....
You can see it at "GavinSeim" on You Tube. At its peak, there were over 67 thousand devices watching the stream, with other You Tubers and breakingnews.com among other places relaying. No doubt hundreds of thousands joined in some or all of the stream.
There are expectations of a surrender at Camp Finicum (their site in the parking lot) by the remaining four (David Fry, Jeff Banta, Sean and Sandy Anderson) later this morning.
The Cliven Bundy arrest is not likely to help that process.
God help us all to find the next right thing to do.
I stayed up and listened until after midnight and fell asleep.
Did the Feds ever go in yet?
No, the FBI promised no more aggressive action after midnight Eastern and there was talk of an 8am meeting to apparently surrender.
I think the FBI backed off at this point because they knew Cliven Bundy was about to be busted by the SWAT team at Portland International Airport. They didn’t want to make things worse for the moment.
The Bundy arrest complicates things IMHO.
The live stream ended last night, and I’m not sure if anybody has gotten any information out since then. It would seem that the four would be sending out info to their friends and family using texts, social media, and phone calls, but the FBI probably jammed the cell communications. The link to last night’s live stream is now a recording and starts out with one of the four screaming lots of obscenities to the Feds, and the Feds responding all cool and calm like, saying they just have a job to do. That sure doesn’t reflect well on the four.

I have been talking with the last four holdouts in the ‪Oregon stand off‬ at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge every day by phone for the last week at their request and at the request of the FBI. Last night I was on the phone with them for several hours, was able to have prayer with them, and they have said they would come out today. I am on my way there and hope to be there by 7:00 AM their time. Please keep them, law enforcement officials, and all involved in your prayers, that everyone will be safe.
What’s the hurry government, other than pride (which you gave away already to the Iranians). Let them have the place and come retrieve it in two years once abandoned. Talk once a month by video conference. Why have another waco/ruby in the history books and seared in folks’ hearts?
Where are these men’s elected representatives regarding their complaints? Cold cases go on for years before a trial for justice, if you think that called for. This can too.

In the minds of our neo-pagan progressive ‘ruling class,’ the Constitution is as dead as the God in Three Persons who created men in His spiritual image (the historically unique source of personhood)and endowed them with Constitutionally mandated unalienable rights, the first being the unalienable right to life. This being the case, since “we the people” are no longer persons endowed with unalienable rights, we have no right to life, thus no right to self-defense as we are nothing more then human resources, categorically no different than air, water, land, and mineral resources.

The Feds hated losing face on the first round with the Bundys.
They’ve been planning their revenge since that encounter.
But it will be Obama who holds his punk-assed skinny arms up flexing his biceps like he’s the king of the octagon.
I’m thankful for everyone who made that live stream possible last night. I’m thankful even though it was one of the most heartbreaking things that I, as a true lover of America and what it was always supposed to represent, have ever heard. It made me realize that maybe all those things than my father fought against and taught me to hate have somehow overtaken America with little resistance from anyone. The poor man was asking the same thing I’ve been asking since this all began. “Where are they?” His anguished words broke my heart because I know where “they” are. “Maybe it’s the militia” he says hopefully when he sees headlights nearby.
No militia, no Oathkeepers, no three percenters, nobody except four people who really believed that those people were what they’s always claimed to be, those who would stand in solidarity if the government ever went rogue against Americans.
Even the Assembly woman who was trying to negotiate had no better solution than for them to throw themselves on the mercy of a judicial system that has clearly gone against everything American and has already killed one of them for the offense of occupying and empty building. This summer we watched police stand down on the orders of a mayor and watch while businesses were looted and burned to the ground. What, I ask anyone to tell me, is the difference here?
The blows and hurt just keep coming. I saw a picture this week that was released by an enemy who has sworn death to us, of an American soldier crying. I was so glad that my Dad wasn’t alive to see that. He probably wouldn’t have understood how our military could be shamed like that but I think last night and listening to that man’s voice saying “where are they?” has made me understand why that soldier was crying. In some way, it had been brought home to him in a way he couldn’t deny that America, barring a miracle from The Almighty, is done.
It’s not because of Obama and his efforts or a rogue government; we’ve defeated those before. It’s not because of foreign invaders that are pouring over our borders; we’ve handled that before too. It’s because when people like the Oregon ranchers, trying to work and preserve a lifestyle and livelihood for their families asked the question “where are they”, no one answered. “They” are we, the American people just sitting here watching something die, because to join in would inconvenience our little pods of interest. That’s not how this nation came to be and that’s not how it’s going to survive. Our government and military has changed its purpose. It has gone from protecting Americans from their enemies and from criminals to protecting them from us. I’m pretty sure sadder times are coming.

If these people want to do another showdown with the Feds, they better have at least a hundred people like they did 2 years ago.
"Occupying" a cabin in the middle of nowhere with a couple dozen people that eventually reduced in size to 4 is a BAD idea.
I've thought the same thing ever since the standoff at the ranch.
I'm surprised they took this long.

Why didn’t they arrest him at his home? Sounds like an intimidation setup to me.
Our government has gone to pot...We really need to clean house on November 8th....
