Russian/Soviet supremacy on the European continent. Every major political move in the last century has been part of the global chess game between economic systems and central banks.
Once the Islamists topple Europe and all hell breaks loose, decent people will have no option but to welcome the Russians as heros to “protect Christianity” (as in Syria)
Perhaps the elite miscalculated. The entire globe is cluttered with private islands, gated communities, even small countries where the elite are protected and geared up to live quite well for years, even decades. Then, when it's all come tumblin' down, they come out of their hideouts, take over everything, and acquire even more wealth and power. Less people, no pesky middle class, total control of a smaller, micro-managed population.
I know, I'm going all-out Illuminati here. What's the fly in their ointment? Technology and the possibility for rapid spread of disease, leaving nothing to come back to.
Sometimes I suspect that there's something in the programming of man (whether it comes from God or an alien creator) that self-destructs mankind when humans reach the abilities necessary to affect the rest of the universe.

Exactly. She is already rich. There will be a plane waiting and plenty of money in an account to fly somewhere (US, Australia, Canada) if things were to get that bad.

They won’t stay in Canada. They will come to the US to join the millions of Muslims already here. They will have no problem entering once they get Canadian papers.
