Also the first amendment doesn’t apply to the Mormon church - they shun and kick out those who disagree (see Kate Kelly, John Dehlin, Alan Rock Waterman, and now Jeremy Runnells all of whom are friends of mine.

Are you saying that a Church shunning someone and/or kicking them out violates the First Amendment?

Any Church can shun and kick out whomever they want.

I am saying they dont’ believe in freedom of speech or belief. You don’t toe the line you are out. Sure they can do it, but the point remains they don’t believe in it and that goes for non LDS as well. They can say whatever they want about exmormons, or gentiles (all non mormons even Jews), but freak out if you even ask them hard questions about their history or doctrine - calling you ‘anti-mormon’ etc.

The people I listed were all excommunicated for questioning the Mormon church. No freedom of speech there.
