The people I listed were all excommunicated for questioning the Mormon church. No freedom of speech there.

As written, the First Amendment only restricts actions by Congress
. It places absolutely no limits on the actions of private parties, including Churches, at all. People mess this up all the time, but a private person cannot violate you Constitutional rights because those rights are defined only in terms of protection g you from the government.
