A few stunning figures: *New Hampshire had a record turnout, with 282,000 GOP (13,000 more than Dems) and 20,000 more than its previous high. Yes, Trump turned out new voters.
*Trump won with 94,500 votes. That is 49,000 more than Cruz got in IA
*Trump beat #2 Kasich by a whopping 53,000 votes
*Trump has now received in IA and NH a total vote of 140,000 (vs., say, Cruz of 82,000)
*Trump beat #2 Kasich by 2,000 more than Dinobernie beat Cankles
*after final tally, Trump was awarded an additional delegate, bringing his total to 18, more than double anyone else, and more than Cruz and Rubio combined.
Trump motivates people to get off their ass and vote? The very definition of a leader.

I did not know we were voting for conservative pope. Many Freepers are under the delusion their brand of conservationism is the majority in this country. It ain't. Maybe it ain't because unlikable people like Cruz are the face of the movement - speculation - I don't know.
Trumpbots? More name calling and projecting from a CRuzer. LOL.
We get that that’s ALL you have left.
Rather than spew blather, why not read up on your “conservative” CRuz’s association with McConnell’s attorney/Chamber of Commerce affiliated Eric Lycan...who now heads up the latest proCRuz/antiTrump PAC?? ....

Does South Carolina have voter ID?
It was posted on the Live NH Primary Thread yesterday a few times. Give me a little bit to look for it.
No. It was blocked in 2013 so they don’t have any requirement for an ID card when going to vote. Just mention name and address and you vote.
As a Trump fan, that is one clever image..hat tip to you
Hugh Hewitt thinks Kasich is a lock in Ohio. What a dolt! This polling in Cruz Texas is a testament to that kind of foolishness.
Thanks,
Anytime FRiend.
Well pollsters didn’t call Democrats. Trump is pulling away those Reagan Democrats voters who remember what socialism really is. That is why Donald Trump is down at Clemson University tonight to try and pull millennials because they are not taught what socialism is in school. They are clueless but they vote.
Trump slaughtered, annihilated the competition. No spin. Trump will go on and win SC with Carson Gate bogging Rafael down.
I’m glad your candidate did well, but this is one of the most liberal states in the union. The SEC will tell.....
Then we will know how the race is really shaping up.
The way it’s been told, Trump had no “ground game” in Iowa, but a good one in NH. If that’s the case, then the different outcomes show that when an effort is made to get out the vote, the votes are there.
This poll shows a 5% lead. Off by a whole 1%. There was second poll that also showed that Cruz had retaken the lead in Texas, but I can’t find the link. I’ll repost if I can find the other link.
Did it ever cross your mind that this is because Trump is left of center himself? I’m really disheartened that folks are so blinded to his ideology.
I have read the ground game analysis.
My complaint is that a caucus vote count versus a primary is comparing apples and oranges - so a comparison that says Trump got X more in NH than Cruz got in IA is spurious, at best.
It adds nothing to the analysis, and detracts from what should be the conclusion: Between Trump and Cruz, the GOPe has lost at least half of its voters.
“TrumpleThinSkins here on FR”
Though I am one . . and proudly so . . I had to laugh at TrumpleThinSkins.
Did you make it up? If so, very witty indeed.
Cruz has been airing ads in Texas for months, I hve not heard a single Trump ad. Cruz has a within the margin of error lead over Trump in recent polls I’ve seen. Trump might very well beat Cruz in Texas and Cruz knows that which is why running ads here all the time. Losing his home state would be the end of Cruz in 2016.
