Been a tough ride on FR at times. I appreciate all the posters here. Their respect for the political process, good humor, and willingness to fight is extraordinary.
Great win tonight. Let's move on to South Carolina and keep the momentum rolling.
It's a fight for freedom against the communism of the Democrats. We can't continue to slide into 3rd world oblivion. We have fought wars in other countries. It's time to fight the political war here.

That is a great question. I thought Cruz before his shady dealings in Iowa. His wife’s working for Goldman Sachs is another thing about him that concerns me. Rubio can’t be trusted on immigration which is the top of my list of issues.
Count me as still undecided.

Trump can’t take his ground game for granted. Rallies and huge crowds don’t necessarily equal votes. I remember how big those crowds were for Romney ... and how it ended up.
Keep those boots on the ground and those phone lines humming.

Needs the ground game for sure. Cruz did an outstanding job in Iowa and can compete in the south.
We need Bush Kasich Rubio to all stay in the race and keep chopping up the establishment vote.
Trump and Cruz can trade 1/2 in the south. Trump will win on the east coast and on the west coast and that’ll wrap it up.

Cruz is doing push polls in Nevada now. “If you learned that Trump would not return federal land to Nevada because he doesn’t trust Nevada would you be less likely to vote for him?” “If you learned Rubio was part of the Gang of 8 and for amnesty would you be less likely to vote for him?”
Our Attorney General is campaigning for Cruz with the message that Cruz will return federal land to Nevada.
I think you and Christie have the same idea.

During his acceptance speech Trump specifically mentioned the 2nd Amendment and his unyielding support of it...
so now.... ahem....
what does that give us for our delegate count now... did we not win by a larger percentage than the “other guy” did in Iowa?
I would like to think the Cruz folks for being congenial tonight.
We should, each and every one of us, swear off some of the hostility towards each other.
I extend a hand of friendship to the Cruz supporters. Your guy came in third tonight. There are some other players out there that could have challenged him for that, and he held them off.
