A day after the New Hampshire primary, Republican presidential hopefuls were set Wednesday to fan out across South Carolina and begin jockeying for the first-in-the-South primary that has a history of picking the eventual nominee.
Billionaire businessman and reality TV star Donald Trump has the early edge in polling there and in other key states as the race turns to the South and West over the next six weeks.
South Carolina has the potential to launch Mr. Trump into victories in a series of delegate-rich multistate primaries next month and turn his campaign into an unstoppable juggernaut toward the nomination.

SC is 9% active duty and retired veterans. That’s a good jump start for Trump.
There are pretty rude comments between both factions.
But, in the end, we are ALL Republicans and need to stop Sanders/Hillary’s communist takeover.
And Cruz will be much stronger there too!
The closest I come to watching TV these days is the rare show that I catch online with Amazon Prime, which right now is ‘Suits’. And the McClaughlin Group at their website.
My entertainment is the radio, either broadcast or online. And browsing the internet.
I haven’t had cable since maybe 2003. Don’t miss it one bit, except for the occasional baseball game.
Why would there be a close race with Trump with the evangelicals? Trump appears to be a “social Christian” only...heck the guy knows nothing about the Bible. I have serious doubts the guy is even a Christian.

I listen to radio more also.
I quit cable in 1994. Partly because of the baseball strike.
I get MeTV and other oldie stations on antenna. I do watch some of the old shows.
They’ll be a lot happier once they realize that 90% of the time Trump is on their side. If conservatives, libertarians and Christians tolerate Trump as the Republican nominee they will have signed their own death warrants.

Jeb and Linda prancing around SC for the next two weeks will be excellent entertainment.
Big Salem county hasn’t come in yet. Bush could overtake Cruz when it comes in. Only 580 votes separate the two. 75% reported now.
A very interesting thing about Trump is how well he is polling in the South ... not many candidates have been able to join the South and North in common cause ... looks like Trump is doing it ... very powerful
