I didn’t see anything on Drudge, so maybe the reporter from PMSNBC was simply assuming that after listening to Rush the past week or so.

I thought Limbaugh endorsed Cruz. Wasn't a Cruz PAC or the Cruz campaign running an ad with Limbaugh clips of praise? Maybe both (Cruz and Rubio) are running that sort of ad.
