Donald Trump on Monday night repeated the offensive term a woman attending his rally shouted in reference to Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
After first calling on a woman close to the stage to "shout it out" again, Trump repeated the woman's one-word insult aimed at Cruz: "She said he's a pussy."
The term was flung into the political orbit just a day before the New Hampshire primary as Trump was discussing Cruz's apparent hesitation during the last GOP debate on whether he would support waterboarding.
Suddenly, Trump stopped mid-sentence, pointing to a woman near him in the crowd: "She just said a terrible thing."
"You know what she said? Shout it out because I don't want to say," Trump continued as the woman appeared to loudly shout the vulgar word again.
But realizing most of the crowd could not hear the woman, Trump decided to take matters into his own hands.
"OK you're not allowed to say and I never expect to hear that from you again. She said -- I never expect to hear that from you again -- she said he's a pussy. That's fine," Trump said as the crowd erupted into a roaring cacophony of laughter and applause.

Beyond embarrassment. He will bring this nation down to such a low ebb morally that we won’t need a border, or laws, GOD will take matters into His own Hands. Trust me on that one!
If you all vote for him in the primaries, and he gets the nomination, I will NOT vote for this man. First time in my voting life I will sit home.

Confession: I watched that speech and thought Trump was funny...gutsy, and funny.
I guess they’re overly careful with the warnings, then.

Not so much they are offended, but that it was Trump saying it.
I wish I had said that....It’s exactly what I’m trying to say. I’d used to be all for Trump, but he keep’s pushing the line and it gets old. I remember when he said he’s never asked God for forgiveness. Is he saying he’s perfect, or he doesn’t believe that there is a god to ask forgiveness of or that he has no conscious.
Because if there is no god, there aint no way Trump by himself is going to make American again. Game over.

I agree. I am also in shock that a site like Free Republic has slipped down a slope so fast in the past few months that I don’t recognize it any more.
Any Presidential candidate that flounts bad words like this is doing it for attention and most definitely is morally SICK!..

I think you are correct. The Cruzbots rail against the establishment, however, they are like 2 peas in a pod - attacking Trump. That tells me they are part of the establishment.
If it wasn’t encouraged from the very top, it wouldn’t be so.
