You’re right it could be that too. They could follow it up with a “she did nothing wrong” statement and the Clintons would run with that.

if she stonewalls and does not release the speech transcripts....it enables Republicans to paint her into a corner. This is not just a vast right-wing conspiracy that is causing her problems. She has caused herself these problems. The server is not the vast right-wing conspiracy. It's Hillary Clinton deciding she could put a server in her closet. The same with the transcripts. The same with accepting banking money in a presidential year when she knew that she was probably going to be running for President.....
Hate to inform someone but Hillary has been under investigation for months now. I’m waiting for an indictment.

Lynch will absolutely NOT prosecute Hillary. NO WAY IN HELL. The question is, will the FBI release a report of their findings publicly before Lynch announces “there’s no there there”?
