Facebook users can't buy and sell guns on Facebook itself, but can post their guns, then make the sale in person. House says that sort of sale is no different than posting a classified ad in the newspaper.

Facebook won't actively search for users violating the policy, but will rely on its users to âreportâ the activity.
The new policy also applies to Instagram which is owned by Facebook. The company it needs to balance free expression with public safety. Both retailers say they're interested to see how Facebook handles the new policy.

If the law can force a baker to make a cake for a gay wedding, why can’t the law be used to force Facebook to offer it’s service to gun owners?
Cause we have learned with Obama, Holder and Lynch it is the enforcement ers of the law that make the rules. Congress has neutered itself.
