I do NOT understand WHY anyone would do any form of illicit substances; I never have understood it at all. Nor have I ever had any interest in trying any. It's just plain old STUPID!
But really, in N.H. ! Heroin addiction and deaths? That's horrible and absurd!
And morons want to make these things "legal" and doubt that more people would use ? Good grief!
