How long is the war on drugs doomed to last?

My guess: pressure will push production onshore again. We will have less of other kinds of problems, but this one will prove tougher.
Meaning, demand pressure, which depends on other factors.
America was formulated to not be a police state due to belief that humans could achieve a tolerably good moral status without one. The only option known by the founders was that of bible belief, meaning in the end belief in the God of the bible. “No king but Jesus.”
Throwing that away means disaster. It is still only a prayer away from recovery. But what kind of trial will it take to move us back to that?
But yet thinking. Part of what may be egging on the problem is the traffic in these interlopers. People carry demons along with themselves sometimes. A small handful of Christians are helping to defuse the problem, but the scope is overwhelming.
They may not push drugs directly so much as carry demons that encourage ungodly attitudes.
