Also, Ted will proclaim the unicorn the national mythical creature.

We can’t let Rubio anywhere near the White House or we lose our sovereignty for good. He can never be trusted on amnesty.
Wife & I heard Sen. Cruz say that this morning on FoxNews’ post-debate coverage. We immediately began discussing whether such an action was possible since the new Congress would be sworn only a few days before his inauguration, and wouldn’t have time to pass such a bill for his signature.
Presidents don’t create laws, obviously.
Now...if there are aspects of Obamacare empowered by Obama issuing executive orders, then those EO’s are fair game.
Given Ted Cruz’ encyclopedic knowledge of the Constitution, it was uncharacteristic. Maybe he meant that repealing Obamacare through legislation would be his top priority from his first day in office.
Doesn’t change my support for him.

He can start actions as a sitting US Senator via courts, etc especially since he’s
talking about ‘illegal and unconstituitional’ actions.

I listened to that YouTube clip, and he did NOT say he would repeal it on his first day in office. He said he would sign legislation that Congress passes and sends to him.

I'd like to see that EO reversed. Make English the official language. Of course interpreters need to be available for lawbreakers, so they get a fair shake. I have no quarrel with that.
