Debate Crowd Boos, Trump Hits Back: ‘That’s All Jeb’s Donors and Special Interests’
Breitbart ^ | Feb 6 2016 | John Nolte

Posted on 02/06/2016 7:46:50 PM PST by WilliamIII

During Saturday night’s ABC News debate, Donald Trump and former-Governor Jeb Bush got into a feisty exchange on the issue of eminent domain. Bush hit Trump for his use (or attempted use) of eminent domain to enrich his casino business in Nevada. Trump responded by saying, “Jeb wants to be a tough guy tonight. I didn’t take the property.” Boos then rained down on The Donald, who was ready. Pointing at the audience, Trump charged…

That’s all of his donors and special interests out there. So, that’s what it is. And by the way, let me just tell you, we needed tickets. You can’t get them. You know who has the tickets to the television audience? Donors, special interests, the people that are putting up the money. That’s who.

And if YEB has no clue if the Keystone pipline is a private or public works project?

I will let those interested in checking that out. I get sick and tired of linking for people who wont research.

Admittedly, I missed the intros. Carson, indeed, was ignored.

I agree with that in the general election...I’d vote for any of the republicans before any of the democrats...

The crowd booed when Rubio said Obama’s actions as pres were “on purpose” and not incompetence. They booed at that moment; that seemed to be what they were booing at.

I was listening to that, too. Had to turn it off.

They had Steve Roberts (Mr. Cokie Roberts) as “political commentator” during the breaks, and he kept saying Trump was losing too.

If you’re listening on AM700 Cincinnati, turn it back on. Wayne Allen Root’s on.

I’ve always liked Christie - he’s a fighter. It’s a Northeastern trait - they are brash, bold and grab you by the short and curlies until you scream uncle. I just wish he was more conservative on some issues.

In today’s political climate no one is exempt from being challenged. Not the candidates not the moderators or media and not the audience. The audience spoke with their boos and Trump responded to them. That shows me confidence, guts and leadership.

Very very presidential of Donald Trump, Christie did outstandidly well. Did not bother posting on the live thread, too fast.

Parrots summed up the other candidates. Love that image.

Rubio....well, trial by fire? I don’t think ge will bounce back, i think he has lost his will.

Trump NOT being a politician already in D.C. is a HUGE advantage IMHO.

When the GOPe debate was held in SC, a local radio station asked the call in radio audience if they had tickets to, or knew anyone who had tickets to the debate. No one from the local area got tickets, or knew of any one who got tickets, even though there was an on line application. Tickets, apparently, went to party people or donars, etc.

I only saw the last hour of the debate...How do y’all think Trump did???

Trump won again...His answers were short and to the point...And he had the right answers...Unfortunately they ignored Trump as much as they dared...

Trump was correct. It’s not a popular thing and I would hate it if it happened to me, but it is necessary.

Trump is brutally honest. Give him credit.

Yep...I have thought that from the beginning...

Common, ordinary, everyday Americans are sick and tired of the “politispeak” that oozes out of politicians....

Thank you. Coming from you is an honor. One of the more respected FREEPERS here. Have a great day. Tomorrow I am taking the “political day off”.....all about football tomorrow for me.

Go Trump for sure.

He hasn’t lost his fire. He just seems more comfortable with the debates now. At least with ABC...he knew it wasn’t Fox coming after him, lol.
