CNN --Former Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal on Friday endorsed Florida Sen. Marco Rubio for president.

"Marco can unify our party. His optimistic message is bringing voters from across the party lines, from across different demographic groups," Jindal told Fox News' Greta Van Susteren. "He can unify our party. He can win this election in November."

"I think he's a principled conservative. I think he is the right guy to lead us forward," he added.

Jindal, who also was a candidate for president until he dropped his campaign in November, also said he was impressed by Rubio's foreign policy.

"Marco's been consistent about strengthening America's foreign policy," Jindal said. "Marco's consistently stood up to the threat of ISIS, radical Islam."

I wasn’t sure before if Jindal was on board The Cheap Labor Express.
Now I am.

Eh he left the Gov’s office with pathetic approval rating. Pathetic POTUS run. And pathetic SOTU response a few years ago.

Who cares who he endorses?

Not me.

Piyush Jindal destroyed Louisiana’s budget...maybe he can destroy Rubio’s chances.

Well, I always had a feeling that Jindal was a pseudo-conservative fraud.

The ONE good thing about this election season: It exposes the truth about a lot of people that have been pretending pretty successfully for years.

“While I disagree with this decision, we live in a republic and must abide by the law. As we look ahead,"

So says the gay boy. This is obama all over again. A nobody with no record of ever doing anything constructive comes in and charms the media and the media "sells" him to the country. How stupid are the people of America.

So true and I found myself saying wow!

This country is full of a bunch of idiots even conservatives we elect are backstabbing thieves.

Vote for another politician - what was it Einstein said "The Definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result". Remember that when you vote for somebody with a Gov. or Senator in front of the their name and remember you could had a Mr. or a Dr and - you America choose a whore ... err politician. Speaks more of the voters now then the slime that runs this country

Please wax on and lecture me on about the constitutionalist Cruz who would save us, what a bunch of suckers. Like we even have one of those. The constitution is whatever those 9 people say its on any given day. Mondays Truth is Tuesdays injustice. Why even bother writing it down it down at this point - just gets in the way of "Justice".

Vote for Cruz for more of the same it will just be your social engineer telling you what to do.

Jindals off the bus

Really, you have a few more primaries to show how much appeal Cruz really has.

"I think he's a principled conservative. I think he is the right guy to lead us forward,"

Poor choice of words, since "forward" is the socialist/communist/Marxist/progressive motto.

So true. I’ll vote for the single payer healthcare candidate instead. Not Sanders, the one who donates to nice guys like Reid and Schumer. And let’s not forget the checks he wrote to that classy broad Hillary.

“I think he’s a principled conservative.”

Yeah. I’ve heard other candidates claim the same... Even calling Justice Roberts a principled conservative. They all go lame eventually.

I don’t believe any of them any more.

Every single candidate has serious flaws.

You choose and take your chances.

Doesn’t surprise me in the least. One batch of worthless turds endorsing one of their own! And just look how many “conservatives” there are on that list! These people give conservarism an undeserved bad name.

Sorry to hear that. I really like Jindall. I remember seeing him on C-Span almost 20 years ago and telling a political operative buddy of mine to “Get a job opening envelopes for this guy! If there is a future for conservatism in the GOP, he will be Prez someday!”

I guess there is no place for conservatism in the GOP. Or, anywhere else :(
