I tried to search it up and found no website. I think it is a phoney front for the Cruz campaign.

I thought 3,000 votes (not to say they would all vote, or all vote Cruz) would be pretty substantial.

But if I read the chart right Romney, the winner in 2012, tallied 97,000 votes.

The endorsement isn't chopped liver but it isn't huge.
