I think you’re right. It’s a shame. However, many people prayed all day on Monday that God would NOT give us the leader we deserve, but would be gracious. What happened in Iowa was an answer to prayer. We still have prayer, which is better than anything else we have/had.
I prefer for those who hold up a person due to their superior Christianity cred,,to be honest that sometimes that same person is not quite as honest as he should be.
