Lady Gaga will be singing the national anthem during the pregame festivities. Whose? Ours?
To: LeoWindhorse
You know. I hated her until she got with Tony Bennet. I think he has made her more acceptable.

Guess Roseanne was busy. Seriously, as long as she comes out normal and just sings, it will be good.

“Lady Gag” has been very active pushing homosexual causes.

She can sing and sing well. Much better than some I could think of.

On the handful of occasions I’ve heard her sing like a normal person she seems to have a decent enough voice. That said she’s more likely to come out wearing a dress made out of baby doll heads and sing an autotuned version of the Mongolian anthem than do anything resembling “normal.”

Geez. I sure am going to hate to miss it but I'll be outside all day Sunday watching the snow melt since there won't be anything to watch on TV. Why not just give the Panthers the trophy now and have a Twilight Zone marathon all day.

Lady Gaga is a trained vocalist, attending New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Check out her performing a montage of
Sound of Music tunes.
Her music is often heard on the SiriusXM "Siriusly Sinatra" channel.
She is an odd person, but she does have tremendous pipes. I will be interested to see what she does with this. Hoping it will be good.

I don’t know about they but I think she has one of the most wonderful voices heard in a long time.

She can a talented singer, if she sings it rather than lip-syncs a previously canned recording, and if she sings the Star Spangled Banner in a stirring and enthusiastic manor, and if she sings it as written with no vocal or tonal "editorializing" (and if she's not dressed up for Halloween or a clothing optional beach), then it will have been a good choice.
She won't of course and it wasn't.

Lady Gaga is a very good musician and is dedicated to music. Her politics and morals suck big green weenies but she is a musical genius. If she sticks to the music she will be a great singer of our National Anthem.

Ah, the declining, politically-correct NFL. I’m sure the vast majority of football fans in the United States are big Lady Gaga fans.

She can certainly sing. Bigtime.
I just hope she doesn't perform in a meat covered dress. . . because she was not " Born That Way"

I sang the
Star Spangled Banner many many years ago. As I am no Whitney Houston, I decided to sing all four stanzas to be different.

The woman has talent it’s just the way she dresses it up. I prefer her at her piano to her choreography. With the anthem, she’ll be standing still, so it ought not be bad. (Doubt it’ll be offensive — this could be an audition for a future half-time.)
