Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace return for March 3 debate

Fox News will host its final Republican primary debate of the cycle on March 3, in Detroit, Mich.

While a March debate hosted by Fox had always been on the RNC's debate schedule, the exact day and location were not yet known. The debate will be held five days before the state's primary on March 8.

The network also announced that anchors Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly and Chris Wallace will return to co-moderate the debate. Donald Trump boycotted the last Fox News debate in January partly over Kelly's inclusion as moderator and the network's refusal to remove her from the event.

A Fox spokesperson confirmed that a contract for a venue has not yet been locked down, but sources and other media reports point to The Fox Theatre in Detroit.

The Don can’t attend this debate. He has already indicated that Megan It’s All About Me Kelly is a tainted moderator with an agenda, what’s changed, either she is or she isn’t.

I notice the Democrats don't do debates in front of moderators out to get them.

The Democrats let their candidates attack each other, they don't have moderators do it for them.

The three most boring individuals on FOX.

I’ll skip this one, too.

Trump was being a crybaby about Megyn Kelly because she was mean to him long before the rather humorous email from Fox. Look at the million threads devoted to it long before the Fox taunt at Trump here on FR. Trump was putting up polls on whether he should go or not, demanding Kelly be replaced, saying he probably wasn’t going, etc. THEN Fox called him out and Trump decided to hold his breath and stomp his feet.

The timeline is quite clear.

Do you know who I’d like to see moderate a debate on FOX? Greta Van Susteren doing it solo. She is by far the best interviewer at FOX. She is also quite even handed and level headed in her questioning. I’d watch that debate.

For sure!

And that oaf Brett Baier...it surprises me that he can tear himself away from the food bar long enough to do another debate.

I hear he’s tipping the scales at over 300 now.

Fox is so stubborn. Why force the biased Kelly on everyone? Why can’t Greta, O’Reilly or Hannity moderate instead? This is just plain wrong.

As for Trump participating in this debate, I suspect it will depend on how well the Donald is doing after Super Tuesday.

Will Kelly Megyn have learned by then the Republican debate is not another edition of her show The Kelly File?

So now the folks that read the news are the news. 24/7 "news" channels need lots of inert ingredients. Who cares and who needs it?! All crap.

.
And that’s the way they want it.

They want to King Makers because Money and Power come with that.

The RNC is having Megyn do their bidding. Operation Rubio

.

You see...its avoids the “I” “ME” stuff and includes congress. They would have to deal with a corrupt congress to repeal Obamacare and pass a replacement.

I just think Trump isn’t the superhuman, giant slayer he tried to portray himself as.

As a Trump supporter from day he announced, I was always disappointed in the content of his debates. Though he was frequently declared the winner(especially on Drudge), he just never showed as much substance as several others.

He needs more than showmanship and being “Trump” to win. So I think he is being exposed and the policy and solutions lightweight he is. Perhaps Trump of 15 years ago could have done it. But he just doesn’t seem to have the mental dexterity to be president.
