I’ve heard that ridiculous argument here on FR. Cruz, at the time Solicitor General of Texas, endorsed Roberts along with many other conservatives, yet he alone is responsible for Robert’s awful ACA decision.

You are right. If he is going to attack Cruz, do so over some legitimate issue. No one but DEMOCRATS and John Roberts are responsible for Obamacare. It’s a documented fact.
