John Roberts made the wrong decision about ACA, but it wasn't his fault it became a law.

And a person who advocates single payer shouldn't really be criticizing. When we get single payer, ACA will look good.

And he’s right. Cruz was a big pusher for Roberts. He’s close friend.

Yeah, like on a lot of stuff, Cruz uses the “Aw shucks, I just had no idea” excuse, but it’s still a fair thing to point out.
