Hence, there is already an 11-month, 3-week moratorium every year, until the next year's opening bell (sometime around April or May).
The H1B visa program was designed to wipe out the white collar, upper middle-class workers; a genocide of the higher-IQ computer science, engineering, and business graduates.
If there were work visa programs specifically targeting the low-IQ occupations of journalists, lawyers, teachers, and social workers, and other commie strongholds, there would be enough outrage to stop all the work visa fraud.
