The e-Mail Scandal Stretches Far Beyond Hillary
New York Post ^ | February 3, 2016

Oops: Hillary Clinton wasn’t the only Obama official who failed to understand that you don’t send sensitive information via unprotected e-mail.

The State Department has confirmed that Clinton’s successor as secretary of state, John Kerry, sent her a message, now deemed secret, from his personal e-mail account.

At the time (May 2011), Kerry chaired the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, with access to top-level secrets. But since Kerry sent the message, he presumably knew Hillary also wasn’t using a government e-mail address.

I still work part time for the company from which I retired. I still have a clearance because I still work on some contracts that use classified information.

As such, the Defense Security Service mandates that contractors using classified information have to complete regular training and refresher training for employees who work on classified contracts. All this is controlled by the NISPOM - National Industrial Security Program Objective Memorandum.

In my case, I have to undergo extensive training and refresher twice a year in multiple subjects - safeguarding, marking and classifications, assurance, AIS, and other requirements brought on by whoever the work is done for. For higher than SECRET level, there are a number of additional requirements.

As I sat through one of the refreshers yesterday (for an hour), I couldn’t help but think that Clinton and Kerry (probably) violated most of what I was being trained not to do.

Using private emails to avoid public scrutiny and to engage in corruption, cronyism and conspire in secret against the American people is standard procedure in the Obama administration, including the President himself.

Everyone is in the Obama Administration is doing what Hillary did.

In a weird, warped way, Hillary is the most responsible of all of them because she at least was communicating and conspiring on a private server instead of a bunch of free, totally unsecured and data mined google and yahoo accounts.

As I go continue to go through life, I can't help but think Clinton and Kerry routinely violate most of what I was taught not to do.

How about Ubama himself? He sent or received 18 of those 22 “can’t ever be released” above top secret emails they found on Hillary’s home server.

High ranking officials have no idea that she is using a personal server. They do not look at the address. Even if they did look at the address, they are clueless.

Under the law that is no excuse especially for classified material.

The deal with government is that any time politicians break the rules, the workers have to take training or otherwise take a hit on behalf of the politician.

I expect a new round of emergency training is coming down the pike. We will all be told that it is illegal to send classified material using a private email system.

Meanwhile, I can’t even send home tax statement forms from work because the email system detects personally identifying information in the attachments and refuses to send it.

Government employees are like the whipping boys for royalty—they suffer the consequences when politicians break the law. For once, I would like to see the law applied to the politicians equally with the rest of us.

Amazing how obedient the press is to the “classified after the fact” lie.

We have lots of open cells in our federal prison system that Hitlary, Kerry and a host of other crooked politicians could occupy, if only someone would start the ball rolling and put them there. I am COMPLETELY disgusted and ashamed of all ‘do nothing” politicians.

Why do we even have elections any longer when once the two loser candidates have slimed and snaked their way to the top of the pile, we are expected to chose an honest one? Never going to happen.

When have Democrats ever been concerned about national security?

“Under the law that is no excuse especially for classified material.”..........

It MAY BE the law but who in the Odumbo administration follows the law”? A one word answer would be “zero” (meaning no one). The bastards do what they damn well please and can’t be bothered with the security of this once great country since NO ONE will do anything about it anyway. Its all talk and no action personified.

In the end, I won't be surprised to see this all get swept under the rug when guys like Issa and Gowdy realize they have been doing the exact same thing with their iPhones, Blackberry's etc. The vast majority of our elected representatives are ignorant of technology and how tragically simple it would be for foreign intelligence to intercept their mobile communications. I bet we'd all be shocked at what intelligence secrets Google has in their hands by virtue of sweeping gmail accounts of government officials. Google probably has the goods to blackmail half the government. That said, I think the Hillary investigation should focus on her influence peddling. Selling favorable State Department outcomes for donations to the family crime coffers.

Tell me something I didn’t know. The whole Obama crime syndicate uses off grid communication starting with Obamas blackberry.

Of course the Clinton e-mail trail incriminates a lot of people, including POTUS himself.

The the excuse that “everybody does it” work here? It shouldn’t, but it probably will. At least in the minds of the lo-fo voters.

I believe that any email message, sourced by government computers, that is deemed “top secret” is only carried by computers on isolated networks, meaning there is no electronic communications directly possible between the secure networks and computers on non-secure networks and the Internet.

The only way that top secret emails sourced on government computers could have found their way to the Clinton email server is that someone had to PHYSICALLY MOVE the messages to non-secure computers and networks.
