I still think that there is money to be made by a good businessman. Oil is not what it used to be, but they are big producers of palladium. There must be thousands of other angles too.

While giving a speech for the Carter Center in the U.K. Wednesday, the 39th president was asked who he’d prefer on the Republican side: Mr. Cruz or Mr. Trump. Acknowledging his response would be surprising, Mr. Carter chose Mr. Trump.

He “has proven already he’s completely malleable,” Mr. Carter said. “On the other hand, Ted Cruz is not malleable. He has far right wing policies he’d pursue if he became president.”
