Trump is just a sore loser. He should have done the debate and he may have kept Rubio from surging. Now he may lose NH or SC because of his poor decision.

At least locally, or at least locally in my precinct, everything was very legit.

The speakers/precinct leads for every candidate were invited to watch the vote counting, and then the entry into the app. In my case, me (For Rand Paul), the Cruz person, Santorum person, Rubio person all got together and watched.

Now, I can't vouch for what happens after it got entered into the app, but it was legit up to that point. I know the Paul campaign also asked me, as a lead, to email them the results of my precinct. I'm guessing that way they could at least keep their own tally of what was going on outside the official channels. I'm guessing the other campaigns would have done the same thing.

There is also an official hard copy form to be filled out that is mailed to the party. We were all allowed to take photos of the form as well. Here it is. It wasn't signed yet in the photo, but I saw it signed. I know the Cruz rep got a photo of it signed.
