Who is proposing this? I don’t disagree at all. I’m a believer in self-deportation being the best approach. But, Businesses are saddled with a serious problem. They use E-Verify, which is great, but beatable. All E-Verify is good for is telling you that the documents are legit, not the person who’s applying. I couldn’t begin to tell you the number of people I’ve seen with obviously anglo names like “ Julie Smith” who cant read or speak a word of English, but they pass E-Verify. Don’t hire them? You’re looking at a discrimination lawsuit. Not if you’re wrong, but even if you’re right. The fact that they stole the identity of someone else will get them a misdemeanor charge, with no jail time, which they will laugh off. The lawsuit against the company will be separate, but effective. Illegals are now bold enough to bring that type of lawsuit. They know the system. I agree that there are ways to change all this, but no one is really putting forth answers, or policy that will pass. It’s going to be done incrementally, at best. So far, we can’t even get rid of Sanctuary cities, with the house and the senate in republican hands.
You're still arguing for why we CAN'T get rid of the illegals. Howzabout using your grey matter to come up with some solutions?
Secondly, the whole reason we're having this discussion, is in relation to electing a new president who's got the balls and determination to get the job done, in order to save our nation.
Get the right president in 2016, and the invasion will be halted and reversed because of LEADERSHIP AND GUTS. Without a proper response to this scourge, we are not going to make it as a country.
Now, look over the candidates and inform yourself honestly of which one is most likely to rid the country of the colonizing force, then vote like your life depends on it, because it literally does.
If anyone can solve all of that Trump can. I know what I'd do. First guy who files a lawsuit like that gets the full investigation. Most of these guys are criminals so pile on the federal charges. That will be the last time anyone pulls that.
The politically correct will have as much luck fighting that as they did freeing muslim terrorists under George W. Bush. Trump makes Bush look like Jimmy Carter.
But even if you're right, how many of these criminals have documents that good? If we can clear out 99% we can deal with the one percenters in good time.
