Yep, keep believing Cruz is ineligible. If he wasn’t, he would never have spent the last 3 years preparing for this. Someone along the way would have told him he wasn’t eligible. Maybe Dershowitz, or Levin, or maybe even someone with a bit more knowledge about this, like Scalia.

Some of us actually research the issues before we jump into them. A NBC of the United States has to be born in the United States. I don’t care if you believe it or not. I’m not going to break a sworn oath for Ted Cruz and I’m not going to defend the second amendment based on original intent but ignore original intent for ARTICLE II, SECTION I, CLAUSE 5.
