The notion that Trump brings so many more new people to the party was disproven last night. Floods of new voters came to the Iowa caucuses, but 70% of them voted against Trump.

This poll finds that if Trump wins the nomination, we're essentially spotting Clinton or Sanders 15%.

Please Trump folks, get beyond your personal echo chamber and realize most people find him highly offensive. If you support him, you are walking Republicans into a death trap.

I don’t like Trump but I can’t stand Hillary or the old socialist gimmee guy. It would be almost impossible not to vote for Trump standing in the booth and looking at the ballot. But I have written in candidates before.

i would like to see NY, PA and NJ numbers for cruz and trump vs. the beast.

More people will vote for Rubio than Cruz. Does that mean he’s our guy?

I would vote for any Republican just for the fact that I don’t think the country can survive s term or two with Hillary or Bernie at the wheel.

We do it often, and lose often. Stay home voters and voters that write in names do it every election year. Nothing like the purist strategy of refusing for someone you agree with only 70% that results in getting someone you agree with 1%.

If 15% of “republicans” prefer a far leftist over Trump then they are not Republicans nor do they have a brain. I would put them in the muzzy pile of uselessness.

Yes. We can trust the polls. The very same polls that predicted Trump winning Iowa.

They're polls. They're not intended to inform. They're a weapon of propaganda designed to push a point of view wrapped up in the appearance of some sort of sacrosanct scientific fact.

These “Republicans” would rather see Clinton or Sanders in office than Trump? They are closet Democrats.
