I couldn’t agree more. Trump was killing it when he was talking border walls and moslem bans. Cruz too felt much stronger talking issues. I know they both want to win but I think focusing on each other is a mistake. FWIW Ted pretty much stuck to issues in his Senate run while Dewhurst attacked him and still won pretty handily.
Yeah, it’s time for Trump to fill in the rhetoric and infighting with policies like he did at first. He should concentrate on the Democrats and treat the Republican field as if they’ve already lost.

I do miss those days. As a Cruz supporter, I was loving the way Trump was blowing up the GOPe with his political incorrectness. He needs to get back to that and stop trying to tear down the most conservative candidate in this race. Maybe that will happen in NH if he sees Rubio or someone else as a greater threat.
