Trump: Cruz had a Howard Dean moment

Donald J. Trump ‏@realDonaldTrump 15 minutes ago

Anybody who watched all of Ted Cruz's far too long, rambling, overly flamboyant speech last nite would say that was his Howard Dean moment!

I thought this was kind of interesting:

Number of NH events candidates have announced so far before election day

Kasich: 19
Christie: 17
Cruz: 16
Rubio: 12
Bush: 10
Trump: 3

Would it have helped if Cruz childishly mocked someone’s physical disabilities?

Much to my chagrin, I am forced to agree that Cruz’s speech last night was rather bad - rambling and unfocused in my opinion, without defined high points and a clear structure. He also overemphasizes the dramatic pauses in such a way that they become obvious and lose their effect.

I hope he gets plenty of opportunities to improve on primary victory speeches in the coming weeks.

Was the speech long? Yes, but I think he wanted to show his gratitude to his supporters who were there celebrating with him. He wasn’t performing for the TV viewing audience. We’ve become accustomed to neat and tidy “performances” due to our gnat-sized attention spans. Allow the man to savor his victory and thank his supporters. Sheesh!

You mean his one election in Texas, because he sure as hell hasn’t beat a Democrat since then.

Don’t worry, you don’t get the kind of success Donald Trump has had without being quick to learn and adapt.

The trauma of the first primary is over, and everyone is now on the board and in play. Let’s see how it turns out.

I find what’s happening on the Democrat side much more fascintating at this time. Just imagine how the F-bomps and lamps must be flying in Hillary HQ!

Oh look. More childish attacks from Donald Trump. I wonder if he was rolling his eyes or making goofy faces while he wrote that.

Trump is such a spoiled brat cry baby. I bet a lot of his supporters will eventually get sick of this crap. It was great seeing him stick it to the media and GOP establishment, but this guy does not have the emotional maturity to be president. That plus all the other troubling things about him.

I agree. As Mark Levin puts it, it’s time for Trump to cut the crap. folks have heard is intro on so many subjects, countless times. It’s time to get down to the nuts and bolts and gin up true inspiration not a continuing tirade of dispersions
