Ben Carson bashes Ted Cruz for Iowa dirty tricks: 'Never a more tainted victory'
Besides who the hell is so dumb that they’d announce while the vote is going on that they are going back to Florida to change clothes? WTF kind of announcement is that? I think this makes Ben look like he’s not up for the job. Putin would eat him for breakfast.

Well I would cede your point had Cruz brought the issue to this campaign that Trump did. Cruz spent months as Trump “me too” candidate. So since Cruz is campaigning on Trump issues then I can say that it is Cruz that is sucking up votes that should go to Trump. Not vice versa.
Well if Ben’s supporters are dumb enough to listen to the other candidates then it’s their fault.

Here’s a thought Ben. How about you stay in Iowa, drop your clothes off at the dry cleaners and spend some of that book money on the dry cleaning bill. This way you can get those 5 votes you lost by announcing you were going back to Florida.

That’s all part of the dirty tricks thing, getting the media to report it. They will. They are ager to have “insider information”.
Cruz had his positions before Trump flipped to his current position. Even in the first debate Trump hinted that single payer was good. And he used to be for partial birth abortion. I’m pretty sure Ted never supported either of those.
Ted just wasn’t attacking someone that shared his current views (no matter how late in the game Trump came to those thoughts). Plus polls do not equal votes. Yesterday the first votes were cast.
BTW: I’m not in love with Cruz either...TPP/TPA has me pissed off at him. But I sure as hell would rather Trump or Cruz over Rubio. So they both better get their act together and target the GOPe candidate.

This time, the Cruz team picks up a non-story and INCORRECTLY relays while voting is still going on.

Cruz was for legalization (amnesty) for illegals before Trump got it. Cruz for Obamatrade before he got a blow back on that. So one two huge issues he flip flopped to Trumps’ position.
Your comment has given me pause to think and reflect. It is an interesting take. But it’s the media you should be mad at *if* they reported what Ben said incorrectly.
Also Ben is stupid for saying this WHILE the people were still voting. He couldn’t wait 3 hours or so and get his extra 5 votes he lost? He just had to announce he was going back to Florida?

Cruz was NEVER for legalization. It was a poison pill. I remember that debate and that is how he killed the gang of 8’s amnesty bill.
I saw it with my own eyes and heard with my own ears. Sure people are spinning it now, but I know EXACTLY what he was doing. In fact, I remember explaining it to my kids why he was doing that.
Yes Obamatrade...I’m not a fan of his support of that at all.
