Iowans are not as bright as they think they are. In fact, it's hard to think of one notable Iowan that was worth a damn to history.

Wow. After the way the Trump supporters all took to their fainting couches after Cruz bought up "New York Values", here we have a die-hard trump supporter insulting the entire state of Iowa and all who have ever been born there. Stay classy, guy.

I had a strange thought about the left, Democrats know that Hillary & Bernie have no chance with all the baggage of the past 8 years of Obama against the outsider candidates. So they are going to vote for the least harmful Republican to keep the political elite status quo in power. Rubio is that candidate. Rubio is woefully unprepared and will be run over by stronger politicians and he also ranks right in there with Ryan, McConnell, Boehner et all. Democrats also know that Conservatives won’t hold their nose this time and vote for Rubio if he is the nominee. So there would be a chance for Hillary or Bernie.

Political elite class is strategizing their power play.

"Maybe, when you learn hos to post a coherent reply, you’ll also understand that this group is also going to try to take Cruz out as well."

Yeah, that's why Cruz is on their short list of candidates that they are thinking of endorsing....

Trump the billionaire runs for office. The Koch billionaires hide in the shadows and try to put a candidate in office that they control.

When Bill Clinton stood beside Bob Dole and they both celebrated NAFTA I said “That can’t be good for the people.”

When Harry Reid and the Koch brothers are both against Trump that can’t be good for the people.

No, I am still very much Trump-Cruz.

There are many notables in history from NY, but none from Iowa. Buffalo Bill doesn’t count because he never entered politics.

I believe in results, not values. NY values suck as far I’m concerned but they are irrelevant when it comes to delivering results.

Iowans seem to place priority on values over results which indicates why they’re stupid. They’ve never produced much of anything to the history of the USA. Even if Trump had won Iowa by a large margin, I would still advise him to forget it because SC is far more important and I would still think Iowans are stupid because they admire people like Tom Harkin.

I get the sense that all a sleazy politician has to do in Iowa is quote some New Testament and say I love Jesus, and the Iowa ‘values’ voters will swoon and say “such a nice Christian fellow, yep sure gonna vote for him!”. They’re dumb as rocks. And they showed it by lining up behind Rubischmuck.

Trump will survive amd thrive. Iowa once again didn’t matter.

If I was on the ground in Iowa, I would attract a lot of haters and revel in it. Because I don’t give a damn if dumbasses hate me or not. I am going to make them smarter whether they like it or not. Like a drill sargent can piss off his recruits, he could care less if they like him or not. He’;s going to make them worthy or they’re going to get their asses kicked, no other choice.

Are you a real member of FR, or did you just steal an ID yesterday? Why is it that you have no posting history before 02/01/2016?

They favor free enterprise. Trump’s support for ethanol was an example of what they don’t like about him. He represents the “tell people what they want to hear” approach to the economy.

I apologize for the accusation- apparently the FR “in forum” tab on member’s homepages is working sporadically, or not at all. I cannot check my own posts before yesterday.....they are not there. Seems to be a FR malfunction. I can see 20 posts, but that is all.

If that is so, then it’s because Cruz is for AMNESTY and open borders and lots and lots of new H-1Bs being brought in, just as they are.
