I can’t say about that. My thoughts go to Beck and I can’t recall. Iowa must be a seminary type state with all the pandering that has been delivered to the Evangelicals.

Tonight is a victory for the grass roots...Tonight is a victory for courageous concervatives in Iowa and across this nation...Tonight Iowa has sent notice that the Pressdient of the United states will not be chosen by the media....Will not be chosen by the Washington Establsihment...WIll not be chosen by the Lobbyists...but will be chosen by we the people the American people.
Tonight thanks to work of all gathered here...Conservatives earned the votes of the Iowans......Your incredible victory as the most votes ever cast for a Primary winner....

What you said x2. All the others are no better than Hillary. If not Trump, no hope for America. DH and I are in a good position in that we have no children. If kids or grandkids were a factor, I’d have major angst about their future.
I have no idea how one can win the popular vote but be down one in delegates. I am guessing that it is similar to the Electoral College?
(And thank God for the EC- or it would still be “President” Gore out there on the speaking circuits!)

Why don't you start a vanity thread posing that question? It would be of help to others as well.
One thing is for sure; Open primaries, which is similar to what Iowa has with their caucus, leaves lots of room for some clever games.
He did do well for someone with so little organization. There are a lot of fed up Trumpsters in America that want to tear the establishment down.
I'm with them but I want a man (Cruz) that believes that he will be excruciatingly accountable to Almighty God if he fails.
They both have equal delegates so why does he have a greater %age?

You sound just like the GOPe. A conservative can’t win so we need a New York liberal. Well I say to hell with that. For just one more time before I move on I would like cast an affirmative vote for conservatism in the Presidential poll booth. And that guy is Cruz.
