Looking at the map on CNN, no, it really doesn't make sense.

One thing is for sure; Open primaries, which is similar to what Iowa has with their caucus, leaves lots of room for some clever games.

Just adding to it. There were 130 Republican votes cast for every Democrat vote. Something is very wrong.
